I am a fourth-generation baker and have been baking from the young age of ten having been taught by my great grandmother and grandmother. I love all things baking and don’t just stop at cakes, I also make pastry products and even dabble a bit in bread making. I like to test my skills and will have a go at less traditional bakes, but I still always go back to the traditional.
