There was a fantastic, sugar-filled day at the Eden Court centre in Inverness, as as hundreds of people went along to sample the sensational finalist bakes from talented shortbread makers across Scotland. From classic buttery bites to creative twists, the competition was tough – and tasty!
The Event was hosted by Masterchef finalist Sarah Rankin, and Wendy Higgins from The Auld Bar Cafe in Letham was the finalist for Angus with her original shortie and lavender & lemon flavour too.
